Interactive Planning (IAP) is a methodology used by projects to engage important stakeholders and subject matter experts in a facilitated workshop setting.
The engagement process is through collaborative discussion of project plan and strategy to develop a reliable, complete, and successful project schedule. It is essential to effective planning and scheduling. The proces is recommended before establishing schedule baseline at every Gate. IAP encourages participation of all key project team members.
The Interactive Planning (IAP) course  tool training course is especially designed for students who have no experience participating, conducting, or facilitating one. We provide students with personal practical training.
IAP is an 8-hour training course on plan and schedule development, intended to create and develop student's skills from scratch.
