We recommend and utilize unique best fit-for-purpose tools and approaches to successfully meet key objectives. Our tools, products and services are all geared and designed to help companies, businesses and the professionals who want successful delivery of organizational and personal goals every step of the way. We help clients manage changes and the risks they bring, leveraging on the fundamental fact that every decision made must be risk-based. To date, we’ve partnered/affiliated with Deltek, Corel, Doodly, Bradford Exchange, and intuit Quickbooks. A creative-business sister tradename called KATHAKO was launched in January of 2019.

Meet the Team
We are a growing pool of dedicated risk-based business and project management subject matter experts with well-defined experience in the industry, who are passionate about education and training as a means to bring solutions to our clients specific needs.
Rufran C. Frago P. Eng., PMP, CCP, PMI-RMP is the CEO and Founder of PM Solution Pro, a Calgary consulting, product, and training firm focusing on project and business management solutions. He is passionate providing advise, education and training services through expert consultation, collaboration, and what he uniquely calls, student-led training.
Mr. Frago has more than four decades of international work experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Oleo-chemicals, Sugar Refining, Power/Utilities/Nuclear, Manufacturing, Consulting, and Education. He worked with known multinational companies in various parts of the world like Asia, Middle East, Canada, and North Africa.
His expertise among others, includes risk-based project management, risk analysis, governance, gate reviews, planning & scheduling, cost management, tools/systems administration, audits, maintenance, operation, EH&S, and reliability engineering.
Ann joined PM Solution Pro to provide precious, critical, and strategic management advice where effective administration is most needed.
She collects and assimilates needed business information to improve logical analysis, schedule, and decision-making. In recognition of her sociable, warm and friendly nature, she is also the company’s Public Relation Advisor.
She scouts for potential new clients, pursue opportunities, and provides creative ideas on how to market the company’s services.
Ann holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce major in Management from St. Bridget’s College. She started in office management and administration while with PhilBanking and FERMA Marketing.
Project Scheduler and IT/IS Specialist
Jorrell is the company's in-house Project Planner/Scheduler concurrently the desktop, tools, applications, and systems specialist. He takes care of all IT/IS management support including office administration. He typically answers calls and interface with clients to resolve e-issues. He is responsible for acquiring, testing, installing, and monitoring new PMSP applications and systems.
Jorrell develops and manages various project schedules using Primavera P6 Professional and other toolsets. He also serves as our dependable in-house IT/IS consultant responsible for defining the company's software, hardware, and network requirements, including configuration of communication devices and accessories, and cloud-based data storage management.
He is a graduate of Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Information Technology-Computer Systems.
Luningning F. Espinili is a LEAN practitioner and subject matter expert of SAP R/3 (ERP/BW), with more than fifteen years Superuser work experience supporting various projects and groups. Proficient in Procure Goods and Services, Request to Pay/Channel management, Purchase Order automation and Third Party Access management, providing needed ERP information to leaders and end users to improve analysis and decision-making.
Prior to her SAP immersion, she was the Branch Service Control Officer with Global Bank, and the Branch Accounting Head of Asian Bank Corporation, a total of more than nine (9) years banking, accounting, and finance experience.
Other expertise includes contract management, supply chain management, business process development, analysis of CP records, global sourcing, work order system, vendor management, project planning, and materials management.
Senior Project Controls Advisor
Pushpendra Patel has more than thirteen (13) remarkable years of experience in project management and controls, any client will surely be satisfied with the quality and timeliness when it comes to work deliverables. Pat, as he is fondly called by friends and colleagues, is a graduate of BS Civil Engineering with reinforced continuing education in Construction Management. He exudes confidence in his knowledge of project controls as he demonstrates his competence and accomplishments working in complex mega-Projects ranging from $100M-$2Billion.
Pat has extensive experience working in diverse teams. He has advanced understanding of project life cycle from Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Commissioning-Start-up, and Closeout. The industrial sectors he worked with in the past include Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Power and Utilities (Regions: North America and Asia).
Planning & Scheduling Consultant
Maris has more than fifteen years work experience in planning and scheduling. With a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Zulia, Maracaibo, Venezuela and international experience in the oil and gas EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects makes her a valuable member of any team.
She is proficient in developing various levels of schedule, reflecting execution plan and strategy, ensuring at the same time that it remains realistic and achievable.
Maris has worked with various projects like North Redwater, Conoco Phillips, Suncor Energy, Vista Projects, Worley Parsons, Shell Canada, Jacobs and Inelectra Projects, representing both owner’s and contractors.
Aside from her gregarious and friendly nature, Maris speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
Project Engineering Advisor
Stephen is a Mechanical Engineer with 14 years’ experience in engineering, site project coordination and construction management of oil and gas surface production facilities, gas turbine plants (Combined/ Single cycle) as well as the operation of process plant for major oil and gas companies such as ExxonMobil, Shell, Sahara Energy Resources.
He was working as a Construction Engineer in Nigeria with ExxonMobil from 2011 until prior to his immigration to Canada in the first quarter of 2018. He aptly chose to settle in Calgary, the Oil and Gas corporate hub of Canada. He has a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. He is now a registered member of APEGA EIT.
