Schedule Conversion from one format to another
PMSP shall convert the MS Project Schedule to Primavera P6 and vice-versa. Converting a higher version of P6 to a lower version of P6 Includes aligning to the required WBS, Activity/Project Coding, and Grouping Structure. Creation of primary layouts and filters.

Primavera P6 Master Schedule Development
Acquire and review all available documentation for the selected projects and engage project team members in building the Schedule to promote a sense of ownership. Structure the Schedule as per the latest approved WBS and any approved revisions after that (if applicable). Apply Coding System to enable integration with subsystems, roll-up to Summary Levels, and reporting at different levels of the Portfolio and to various Stakeholders. Conduct planning & review workshops to develop the Schedule with Stakeholders and introduce the Project Team to the standard Schedule reporting formats. Guide Project Teams to best practices and the principles of the CPM methodologies and schedule Performance Metrics. Align the detailed Schedules to the P6 Performance Level Schedule desired. Format the Schedule to enable integration with Portfolio reporting requirements and reporting Performance Metrics.
Establish the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB)
Prepare the Schedule for Baselining as might be outlined in the Project Delivery Model of the client company. Time management capability. All future performances will be compared to the Project Baseline (BL). The baselining process & control of changes will adhere to the Client's Baseline Management procedure. Support the Project Manager & Project Controls Manager in BL Review workshops to secure approval. Conduct QA/QC procedures on the Schedule before Baseline and implement recommended corrections.
Provide inputs/updates to the Basis of Schedule
Updates and revisions to the PMB between Stage Gates will be managed through a Baseline Change Management Process as per the Client's baseline management requirements.
Progress Collection and Progress Updates
Utilize approved Progress Collection processes and forms for schedule progress updates and provided feedback on needed optimizations as lessons learned. Assist in developing the Project Production Board to be used by the client field personnel to report Progress Data, like Dates and % Complete. Field personnel to provide regular updated Production Boards and Daily CN update sheets and place them in the established SharePoint location. This holds true for all projects in the construction phase.
Perform sanity checks of Progress Data and provide feedback as deemed necessary to correct or gain clarity. Update Project Schedule with received Progress Data, analyze immediate impacts and provide feedback to ensure schedule reliability according to approved Data Date cycle. Attend Progress Meetings and review progressed Schedules with the Project Manager and Team.
Maintain records of all Progress Data in the Client Project Documents SharePoint or standard directory as might be required. Provide Project Controls Manager with expert judgement on improving Progress Collection processes and quality of data.  Incorporate the approved Change Orders into the Master Schedule.
Schedule Analysis and Reports
Analyze Progressed Schedule & Data for Variances (Bi-weekly or monthly).  Report Schedule Performance (Bi-weekly or monthly).  Implement Period Baselining & Variance Calculation procedures (Bi-weekly or monthly).  Report Critical Path changes as part of the Variance analysis (Bi-weekly or monthly).  Provide the standard approved bi-weekly P6 Schedule Reports for review by the Team, and post to Client's SharePoint or common site directory or via e-mail to PM.  Provide Tailored P6 Reports as requested by the PM.
