Amazon KDP Reports Beta

Just discovered Amazon’s KDP reports Beta and is quite satisfied with the new sales statistical graphs it can generate. It definitely gives a clear and better insight into how many I have sold from my bookshelf. All information at my finger tips.

For example, out of my four books on my shelf, Schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis (Traditional Method) was selling better in the period of March 26 to April 25, 2019. Not that big deal in terms of total sale but this report window makes us authors and publishers appreciate the return of all our hard works in graphical terms. Excellent!

The data in the Sales report is updated for eBook when payment for the sale is processed, for paperback when an order ships, and for Expanded Distribution at the end of the month following the month in which the sale occurred. Totals are calculated based on the time zone where orders are recorded (e.g., GMT for Amazon.co.uk). The Pages Read report is updated as pages are read by customers who borrow your book from KU and KOLL (KDP Amazon.com, 2019).
